Our new “Evolution Calendar” Reversible Perfect Tee

Story behind it:  I designed my own sun dial based on the beautiful Mayan Calendar.  Inside the wheel are my days and my weeks.  The evolution of the CMND-Z woman is around the calendar.  She evolves from the goddess celestial star to a nautilus, to a tree, to an owl, a black panther, a mermaid, and last to modern day woman.  And then she cycles back round again.

The art in the Summer Collection is based on these ancient mayan ideologies, myths, and belief systems.  We also know that the mayan calendar ends in 2012.  The Goddess reawakens this summer.  She is taking over.  Now see everything she believes in here

Hi, My name is Lindsey

Hey Yall,

I would like to re-introduce myself.  I haven’t really updated my CMND-Z audience about the evolution of my growing little business.  I started CMND-Z, my apparel line in 2008, and I started CMND-Z Print Shop & Design House in 2010.  These days, I run my commercial screen printing during the day and my apparel line at night.  CMND-Z Art Apparel is my dream.  Every move I make is for my art, my 2 companies, and my sweet Luna, my little pit you have been seeing in lotsa recent photos.  Ok everyone, my big announcement is that I am launching my 2012 Summer Collection this week.  And many events are to follow, but I will keep you up to date with all those happenings.

My dear friend Ryan J Wolfe and I recently collaborated on a couple video projects, one being this vid above.  He wanted to do a buffer for my screen printing demo we made, so he shot a time lapse of me painting my CMND-Z logo in my art studio.  It’s a short little quickie, take 30 seconds to look into my art studio..

Desert Dreamin…Coachella Report 2012

Yep, Coachella changed my life once again.  This round I camped the whole weekend.  Never once taking a shower.  It was truly freeing.  Didn’t go to a single party, however, I danced my buns off 3 days straight in the 110 degree dry desert weather to some of the biggest musicians and dj’s on the planet.  There were a couple of stunning muses that I got to see who I have been following lately, Dragonette and the female vixen in M83.  It was so inspiring to see these 21st century rocker babes killin it on stage.  Giving women an extremely good name.

In addition to the amazing music line up, I was in complete awe of the fashion I saw.  Being so close to LA, I definitely saw that creative trendy professional fashionista look everywhere.  I took photos left and right and made new friends.  Everyone was so happy and positive, I can’t wait to do it all again.  I think next round, however, I need to take at least one shower…
